Service to Humanity is Service to Self

I recently saw a couple of quotes that made me reflect over my career as a healer:

“Don’t judge each day by the harvest you reap, but by the seeds that you plant.” Robert Louis Stevenson

Over the last 14 years of my career as a Life Activation Practitioner, I’ve had the honour of being able to activate so many people. By doing Healers Academy 1, and by getting my next initiation, I took up responsibility to use this sacred tool to help other people connect with their divinity. To become a better version of themselves!

Some of these people went on to become practitioners themselves (to which I’m super proud of!) and some of the people I served, were not ready to face their own self imposed limitations and they started projecting their unhealed trauma unto me, some in the most hideous way.

This quote is the other one that made me read twice:

Sometimes you can do whatever you want, people will not believe that you have their best interest at heart. Mostly because of their hurt from the past. No matter how much effort you put in, how much you sacrifice of yourself, it will just never be enough – it will not satisfy. And that I’ve also had to learn, when to just let go, knowing that you’ve done your best to give someone an opportunity to choose a different outcome. But to this day still, I am equally happy that I service both sides of the spectrum. Did it at the time feel like I was squeezing myself through a tin can? For sure! I did not always know how I would find a way to get tools to serve people! I had to make many plans and I had to make many sacrifices.

When other people got the latest camera gear, I was paying to upskill myself to be able to do more healings for people. I had a family and two children with many financial responsibilities, that I still needed to fulfill, but I still made a way because my will and desire to serve people were greater than my attachment to the temporary physical desire. I had to sacrifice attending many of my children’s sports and activities to be able to do what I do today. And that wasn’t always an easy choice!

BUT, it’s taught me many lessons and it’s also shown me who I truly am. It allowed me to define myself by my own actions, commitment and dedication to helping other’s see their own light. It allowed me to be ok with myself and my choices, regardless of other people’s opinions about me. In many ways, becoming a healer in an ancient lineage, served me more than it served the people I served even! I became a better person, and therefore I could serve my children better today!

For that honour and privilege, I am grateful to this day! I’ve found some GOLDEN GEMS of people over the years, people who I’m extremely close to still. People who I can’t imagine having my life without! So, if I have to choose again to become a healer and to plant those seeds of spiritual evolution for people, despite the hurt? I’ll do it again a thousand times, because that taught my warrior heart too keep going and to keep doing good, regardless of people’s opinion. This made me a stronger person!

You have given meaning to my life!

I am so proud of the seeds that I planted! I am so proud of the fruits it carried in people’s lives!
