Stress Rescue is a workshop where you get to learn about the way in which we experience and deal with stressors in our life. When we are stressed, we often struggle to focus on tasks. Relationships are put under severe strain when we experience high levels of stress.

When we are stressed, we are contracted in a kind of survival mode and find it hard to think clearly. It is very difficult to engage in effective problem solving, teamwork and healthy relations when we are stressed. We know that the fibre of life made up constant deadlines – therefore it is not realistic to expect to have no stress in our life. In practical terms for instance, we cannot completely remove stress from our lives. In order to excel, we must learn ways how to better cope with and manage stress. Our best way to work with stress is to redirect it from being a “negative” force, into a positive driver energy that we can use to improve and evolve ourselves to the next level of who we are supposed to be in this life.
In this class we will take you on an exploratory journey to discover your own stressors. An internationally qualified teacher will teach you about the practical things you can do to alleviate stress.
